At KIO d.o.o., we are engaged in hotel operations and tourist accommodation services, offering rooms and apartments in the village of Čezsoča at Vila Korošec and Pierta Apartment. Driven by our desire for the continued development and growth of the company, as well as our wish to contribute to the development of the village of Čezsoča, we have established a new tourist accommodation facility, “Gostišče Zadružni dom Čezsoča.” In this energy-efficient facility, we provide 4-star and 5-star tourism services.

The result of the investment project is the complete reconstruction of the former Zadružni dom Čezsoča into a modern, energy-efficient tourist facility with the following features:

• a reconstructed facility offering guesthouse services and 40 beds,
• partial energy self-sufficiency through a solar power plant,
• fully digital monitoring and management of the facility,
• two electric vehicle charging stations,
• additional complementary tourism services,
• enhanced digitalisation of business operations,
• additional permanent employment to ensure the tourist facility can operate for 10 months per year.
